The Al Wymann Library
The Library has a wide assortment of information and resource covering all the key aspects of hospitality management. It has an extensive collection of books in Mandarin and English, with a seating capacity of 30.
The Library is named after the late Al Wymann, a Swiss veteran hotelier who served Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts in various appointments from 1978 - 2003. The Library is dedicated to Mr. Wymann in memory of his enduring spirit of learning & self-improvement, and love for humanity.
Coriander - The Computer Lab
The spacious computer laboratory enables our learners of different programs to learn the most sophisticated hotel management software to carry out their assignments & project work and to prepare for presentations.

Visitors who have never stepped into a hotel's kitchen will be captivated by the 'order' of things in the kitchen. The kitchen is designed in line with the functions of the modern kitchens. including a cold kitchen, a hot kitchen, a pastry kitchen and a modern demonstration kitchen and lecture hall. At the Academy, we provide a comprehensive range of facilities for practical and hands-on learning of the Western culinary arts. |

Eureka! is where our learners from F&B Service Operation hone their skills in food & beverage operation, learn how to manage the outlet and practice the fine art of service.
The restaurant serves Western cuisine from Mondays to Fridays for lunch and dinner. Members of the public are welcomed to make reservations to savor the unique experience of dining at Eureka!
